Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms govern your use of Streamseq and the website at https://www.streamseq.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Streamseq ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16, give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us through our contact page about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Workspaces

Workspace owners and admins decide who can join and what members can access. Content added to a workspace stays with that workspace if a member leaves.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to host and process it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you add and must have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, send spam, harass others, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the Service.

5. Third-party services

Optional connections, such as Google Calendar, are subject to the third party's own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

6. Fees

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; you will be told in advance and will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or others at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, notify account holders in advance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

11. Contact
