StreamseqPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how Streamseq ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use Streamseq and the website at https://www.streamseq.com (together, the "Service"). You can reach us through our contact page.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and sign-in credentials.
- Content: what you and your team add to the Service, such as tasks, comments, messages, events and files.
- Technical information: basic records needed to keep the Service working and secure, such as sign-in records, IP address and browser type.
- Messages to us: the name, email address and message you send through our contact page, used only to reply to you.
- Google Calendar information: only if you choose to connect it (section 4).
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
2. How we use information
We use information only to provide, secure and support the Service, to send the emails you expect (such as invitations and notifications you can turn off), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
3. Sharing
- Your team: content in a workspace is visible to its members according to their access.
- Service providers: hosting, storage and email providers that process data on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Google: only if you connect a Google Calendar.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our users and the Service.
4. Google user data
Connecting a Google Calendar is optional and read-only.
- Access: we read your calendars and their events. We never create, change or delete anything in your Google account.
- Use: only to show those events to you in Streamseq, and to the people you choose to share a calendar with, at the level you choose ("busy / free" by default, or full details).
- Storage and protection: stored securely and only as long as needed to show your calendar.
- Deletion: disconnecting a calendar, or deleting your account, removes our access and the stored data. You can also remove access from your Google Account at any time.
- Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising or to train AI models, and not shared except as described above or required by law.
Limited Use: Streamseq's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Cookies
We use only cookies that are essential for signing in and keeping your session secure. The public pages at www.streamseq.com do not set cookies.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. Retention
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content, a workspace or your account, the related data is deleted within a limited period, except where we must keep it longer for security or legal reasons.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your information from your account, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have other rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to a data-protection authority. We respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in other countries, with appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16.
11. Changes
We will post changes on this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders in advance.
